BOLZANISM MUSEUM x FORGOTTEN ARCHITECTURE

26.11.2021

Fondazione Antonio Dalle Nogare presents
BOLZANISM MUSEUM x FORGOTTEN ARCHITECTURE
Friday, November 26, 7.30 PM, talk will be in Italian

To celebrate the finissage of like chewing gum on asphalt Bolzanism Museum, in dialogue with Forgotten Architecture, will tell us how their projects deal with alternative storytelling for architecture in different ways.

Bolzanism Museum is the first Italian museum on social housing and the people living it. Bolzanism Museum activates and involves inhabitants, citizens and visitors in a collective storytelling to give back centrality to the suburbs and to underline the importance of social housing as the core of the urban, social and cultural development of a city.

Forgotten Architecture is a virtual group experience founded by Bianca Felicori and started on Facebook. The idea is simple: to recover projects of little-known, unknown architects, works left in the shadows of the masters, to deepen “minor figures” and to unite the different educational backgrounds in History of Architecture in order to complete one’s own education. It is a collective experience that goes beyond the purely architectural topic, a virtual world populated by more than 27,000 people from different professional fields.
