Information pursuant to Legislative Decree of 30.06.2003 "PRIVACY CODE"

Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003, we INFORM you that the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation processes personal data of customers and suppliers, as well as individuals who voluntarily (by telephone, fax, or email) provide their personal data to our sales office or corporate management. Additionally, data from individuals whose information was collected from third parties (e.g., external data acquisition operations, commercial information, public lists, etc.) is processed. In such cases, only common personal data is handled.

Our foundation ensures, in compliance with legal provisions, that the processing of personal data respects the rights and fundamental freedoms, as well as the dignity of the data subject, with particular attention to confidentiality, personal identity, and the right to personal data protection.

Purposes of data processing:
Compliance with legal obligations, regulations, EU norms, and civil and fiscal laws
Fulfillment of any contractual obligations towards the data subject
Activities related to the economic activity of our foundation, such as creating databases and internal statistics, invoicing, bookkeeping for clients and suppliers
Commercial purposes, such as sending commercial information and advertising material (via mail, fax, and email), marketing, and market research
Credit protection and debt management
Insurance purposes, particularly credit insurance

In relation to the above purposes, your personal data may be disclosed, if necessary, to:
Public administrations and authorities, where required by law
Credit institutions with which our foundation maintains relationships for credit/debt management and financial intermediation
All individuals and/or legal entities, public and/or private (e.g., legal, administrative, and tax consultancy firms, judicial offices, chambers of commerce, etc.), when the communication is necessary or functional to carrying out our activities and for the above purposes

The personal data processed by our foundation is not subject to dissemination.

Processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic and automated tools and will include all operations required by Art. 4, paragraph 1, letter a, of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2003. In any case, processing will be carried out in compliance with all precautionary measures that guarantee data security and confidentiality.

The Privacy Code grants data subjects specific rights under Art. 7. In particular, data subjects may obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them exists and may access such data in an intelligible form. Data subjects may also request to know the origin of the data, the purposes, and methods of processing, as well as the logic applied in case of electronic processing, and the identification details of the controller, appointed processors, and individuals or categories of individuals to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware of it.

Data subjects have the right to request the updating, rectification, integration, deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law. They also have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, even if relevant to the purpose of collection, and without reason to processing for sending advertising material, direct sales, or conducting market research or commercial communication.
