of Arbitration

Antonio Dalle Nogare, together with Karole P.B. Vail (Director of the Peggy Guggenheim Collection) andGiorgio Fasol (President of the AGI Verona),took part in the first meeting organised by the Venice Court of Arbitration as part of its “Art and the Law” debate cycle.
With the help of eminent public figures and leading experts, these talks seek to investigate the complex relation between the art world and the legal issues involved in it with a broad and practical approach that ranges from art collection to market operators and on to Art Restitution, regulatory constraints, financing and taxation.
