HOUSE OF PERFORMANCE - DRAWN TO RISK

The Südtiroler Künstlerbund (SKB), in collaboration with the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation, invites artists from all disciplines to take part in an open call dedicated to innovative and multidisciplinary performance projects.
DRAWN TO RISK kicks off on Saturday 12 September, as part of Transart 2026, with a performance matinée at the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation’s exhibition spaces, transforming them into a House of Performance: a dynamic environment for research, experimentation and encounter.
The project aims to highlight diverse, bold and radical performance practices capable of exploring the relationship between the body, space and contemporary social issues through immediate action – whether physical or mental – that opens up new perspectives and transforms the museum spaces into a place of artistic presence and active interaction.
DRAWN TO RISK conceives of art as a laboratory of the present – a place of experimentation, openness and exchange.
The collaboration between SKB and the Foundation stems from a shared desire to give greater visibility to performance art in South Tyrol, creating an open space where the public and artists will be involved in direct and intense artistic situations, capable of opening up new perspectives on art.
Participation
The call for entries is open to all artists, collectives and performers from various artistic backgrounds who were born and/or living in South Tyrol.
The selected projects will be presented on Saturday 12 September 2026 at the Antonio Dalle Nogare Foundation, as part of a public event dedicated to performance and interdisciplinary practices.
Areas of interest:

- stage and experimental works
Each selected artist will receive a fee of €300 net, inclusive of all services: transport, set-up, technical support and the staging of the performance.
