#sharingiscaring

A temporary lockdown will not stop the art. This is the message we want to spread loud and clear for all our followers, visitors and friends through our campaign #sharingiscaring on Instagram and Facebook.

We imagined a series of different initiatives:

Once a week we will post an artwork currently on view at the Foundation. Together with a picture comes a little story to the artist’s thoughts and the times in which the work was created.
Once a week we will post a famous quote by one of the artists represented in the posts with the artworks and we’ll let you guess who said it.
Once a week we will post one cover of a great selection of books the Foundation is hosting in its library until we can show you the books in person once we reopen.
Once a week we will share the highlights of what social networks have to offer these days (in our Instagram stories that will be saved on our Instagram account even after 24h and in a weekly post on Facebook). We really are overwhelmed by the incredible amount of great content by other museums, artists and curators all over the world. This is why we are more than happy to share our personal highlights of the week on our social platforms. We hope you’ll discover a lot of new places and projects through our sharings.
Follow us on Instagram and Facebook and stay connected with us. Share our message and our images by using the hashtags #sharingiscaring #facciamocicompagnia and all the others we are using in our posts.

We wish you an interesting virtual journey, hoping that soon we will be able to welcome you all in person again at the Foundation. We’re looking forward to see you after the summer for our exhibitions by Michael Krebber and Kathleen Ryan – you will be informed as soon as possible about our reopening and our program to follow.
